Directions:

For adults, take four (4) quick release capsules daily with at least 8 ounces of water or other fluid, 30 to 60 minutes before or with a meal.

Claims:

Take this product with 8 ounces of fluids. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause the possibility of choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not take before sleeping. Fiber products may affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 1.5 hours of taking medications.
