Gelatin Capsule, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Rice Powder.

Directions:

For adults, take one (1) quick release capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Drink 8 six-ounce glasses of water daily. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

WARNING:

Limit use to no more than two weeks. Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women or persons under the age of 18. If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. If seal under cap is damaged or missing, do not use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
