Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Croscarmellose, Silica, Cellulose Coating.

Directions:

For adults, take two (2) coated caplets daily, preferably with a meal.
