Mannitol, Natural Flavors, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Beet Root Color, Crospovidone, Dextrose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Sucralose, Silica.

Directions:

For adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day.
